University of Iceland students on a field trip to Miðeind

Recently, Miðeind invited two student associations from the University of Iceland on field trips to the company's headquarters at Fiskislóð in Reykjavík. Both field trips were well-attended by students. The first trip took place in October when Stigull, the association for mathematics and physics students, visited Miðeind, and in November, Mímir, the association for students of Icelandic studies, came for a visit.

Both student associations had the opportunity to learn more about Miðeind's operations and projects, including the development of Málstaður, and to chat with the company's experts. Refreshments were served, and there were informative discussions about artificial intelligence, innovation, and the future of technology. Additionally, the discussion covered how Málstaður has created new opportunities for Icelandic language processing and communication.

It is always encouraging to meet young, curious, and ambitious people who show an interest in our work. Miðeind extends its sincere thanks to the students from the mathematics, physics, and Icelandic departments of the University of Iceland for their visit, engaging conversations, and the interest they showed in the company's projects.
